This classic rock band brings years of real stage experience to every show. The musicians have played together—and in plenty of other projects—for a long time, and you hear it immediately. Their sound lands in that sweet spot where it’s familiar and timeless, but with fresh energy.
Fronting the band are three strong vocalists, trading off lead and backing vocals, and harmonizing beautifully. Layer in dual guitar leads, a horn section that adds warmth and power, and a rhythm section that keeps everything locked in, and you get a band built for nights people remember.
They cover the best of classic and yacht rock, playing the songs everyone loves to sing and dance to. You’ll hear songs from Doobie Brothers, Bad Company, Tom Petty, Van Morrison, CCR, Eagles, Eurythmics and Fleetwood Mac to name just a few. Whether it’s festival, club, private event, or outdoor summer concert, this band brings the energy, musicianship, and feel-good vibe that keeps audiences moving.

(Meet the band members below)
Dave Pardue on vocals, guitar and harmonica. Dave is the founding member of the Bad Larry Band but has also founded several other bands including Rock Steady Review and Mikey Likes It. Dave played in bands in California before moving north and starting new projects. He is a self-proclaimed equipment hoarder because, let's face it - you can never have too much equipment! Dave was Bad Larry's "Dad" and still has Larry's partner in crime, Curly. Curly is a happy rescue puppy and loves to say hi to the band members during rehearsals.
Jeff Dutra on vocals, acoustic guitar, harmonica and percussion. He has been playing since high school in various bands. Jeff is also an accomplished songwriter and has his own You Tube channel with many great videos of his acoustic performances.
Janet Jacobson on vocals, guitar and keyboard. She has played in many bands, most notably with Split Decision for 12 years, and they were fortunate enough to play at the Taste of Edmonds and Edmonds Arts Festival. Started playing guitar in high school, studied music in college, and has been playing in bands since then. Influenced by Bonnie Raitt, Joni Mitchell, Jackson Browne, CSN, Eagles, Doobie Brothers and Fleetwood Mac.
Ross Prather on bass brings a solid low end to the band. Proficient on both 4 and 5 string bass for those big sounds. Ross is also a very talented vocalist but prefers to focus on pounding out the low notes and keeping the groove.
Brandon Wright on drums, but he is also a talented muti-instrumentalist, including guitar, bass and vocals. He comes from a family of musicians and a lot of experience. But as Brandon likes to describe his drumming “I hit things”.
Steve Reincke on saxophone and Dan Hall on trumpet add a rich, full sound! Both had played in Rock Steady Review with Dave and have been a big bonus to the Bad Larry Band.
